Battery return policy

All batteries sold thru MyBuyBuddy.com are warranted for 12 months from the date the products are delivered to our customers. This warranty does not extend to damage which occurs during shipping, or due to the use of parts, accessories which are not supported, or failure which resulted from misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, alternation, improper installation or maintenance. We will replace the faulty items with the same model and quantity.

1. MyBuyBuddy does NOT pay for any return shipping.
2. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
3. Customer is responsible for returning the product safely and securely.
4. Customer is responsible for providing proof of delivery.
5. Batteries sold thru MyBuyBuddy may only be exchanged, NO Refunds will be issued.
6. Under some situations, you may be requested to return the product back to the manufacturer directly.
7. Most battery orders shipped by airmail are delivered in 7-14 days, under rare occations it may take up to 2-3 weeks to deliver.
