Order Fullfilment
Order fulfillment is subject to merchandise availability. MyBuyBuddy strives to maintain an accurate count of current inventory, however we can not guarantee the count is 100% accurate. In the event that a product is not currently available, MyBuyBuddy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders.

Refunds
No refunds will be issued prior to any claim result issued. If the package has been lost or damaged by carrier, package has been stolen and other incidents that requires us to file a claim, we will only issue the refund once the claim has been approved by third party carrier. If the customer decides to file a dispute or chargeback during the waiting period, he/she is solely responsible for any chargeback fees, collection fees and/or any other fees involved.
